Nechako Northcoast Construction solved its data collection problems by deploying a solution based on Flowfinity mobile forms and workflow software that has improved data quality, streamlined communication, and helped establish an audit trail of maintenance activity for the company’s government clients.

Based in British Columbia, Nechako provides highway maintenance services to the province via a road maintenance privatization program. The company originally documented its work using paper forms, but the process was highly inefficient. Nechako deployed a software solution designed for road maintenance projects, but it had limited mobile capabilities. If the company required a change to the mobile forms in the solution, for example, an outside developer would have to be hired to create the changes.
