Datamax-O'Neil Announces Three Vice-President Promotions

Dirks, Park and Merchant turn commitment and knowledge into new positions with company

Datamax-O’Neil, a global provider of industrial grade label and receipt printing solutions, announces the promotion of three individuals to the position of Vice President within their respective business groups. The recently promoted individuals are:

Bret Dirks, to the position of Vice President, Supplies Business Unit. Dirks has been with Datamax-O’Neil for more than 15 years, most recently as the leader of the company’s Supplies Operation in Robinson, IL. In his new role, Dirks will be responsible for all aspects of Datamax-O’Neil’s Supplies business.

Tom Park, to the position of Vice President, Portable Business Unit. Park has served as the Director of Program Management since joining Datamax-O’Neil in 2012. Park’s experience in program management and as a leader of the engineering team will serve him well as he settles into his new position.

Jeff Merchant, to the position of Vice President, Stationary Sales-The Americas. Merchant accumulated sales and account-management experience at Nortel and Motorola before joining Datamax-O’Neil as the leader of North American sales for the Stationary Business Unit. He is responsible for Stationary sales in the Americas and leads all Stationary Product Management efforts.
