FTM: How would you summarize the opportunity companies have today to leverage their field force for revenue generating activities?

LaVoi: In today’s society, most technicians have access to mobile technology. The technician is your face to the client and your client’s most trusted advisor.  It is important for organizations to leverage that trusted relationship and arm your technician with the right technology which should have access to order history, warranty, service contracts, and product configuration to upsell services and product.
