ServicePower recently announced its new NEXUS FS field service management software. According to ServicePower’s press release, NEXUS FS “changes the field service market.” With a claim such as that, I was excited to talk to Marne Martin, CEO of ServicePower, about the NEXUS FS launch to get the inside scoop on why the new product is such a big deal for organizations like yours.
Field Technologies: Can you tell us some of the ways you feel NEXUS FS will “change the field service market”?
Martin: We are so excited about this new product launch, NEXUS FS. NEXUS FS is the only single vendor field service management software on the market today. Based on our ServiceMobility product, NEXUS FS provides end-to-end field service management functionality, in the cloud, to businesses of any size. Its features include work order management, mobile dispatch, job scheduling, the power of the ServiceMobility cross-platform mobile applications, asset tracking, and time reporting. However, the biggest differentiator for NEXUS FS is not only the flexibility of the ServiceMobility mobile dispatch platform, and the self-service configuration of the NEXUS FS functionality, but integration of NEXUS FS to our Optimization on Demand and ServiceOperations products.
