The demand for mobile field service management has grown dramatically with the rise of the digital transformation in the field service industry, and this growth is projected to continue to accelerate moving forward. In fact, it is estimated that the global field service market will reach $4.45 billion by 2022, with 75 percent of field service organizations utilizing mobile field service apps. Moreover, this escalating adoption of mobile service management is expected to continue well past the forecast period.
