Fleet Management: Wireless Matrix Receives 600 Unit SDT-5000 Order From Stratos
Wireless Matrix Corporation a leading provider of Mobile Resource Management (MRM) solutions, recently announced that Stratos Global Corp., the leading global provider of advanced mobile and fixed-site remote communications solutions, has purchased 600 Satellite Data Terminal (SDT) 5000 satellite communication units. The units support customer orders received by Stratos, a Wireless Matrix service partner, and are expected to ship by December, 2007.

To date, Stratos has deployed over 6,000 Wireless Matrix fixed site satellite units to customers requiring remote monitoring of remote assets such as telecommunications towers.
