Your company probably has numerous reports and databases that regularly monitor and track service performance in the field. Some of these reports may be routinely distributed to service technicians, although most are typically used internally by company sales and services managers. But regardless of who actually "owns" or receives these reports, one thing remains very clear: it is ultimately your responsibility as a technician to support your territory and, therefore, it will ultimately be up to you to make sure that you are getting all of the data and information you need to do your job.
