Trane Leaders Discuss Best Practices To Help Ensure Customer Satisfaction At Field Service USA

Leaders from Trane, a leading global provider of indoor comfort solutions and services and a brand of Ingersoll Rand, will educate attendees about best practices to help ensure a strategic approach to maintenance and a high-performing technician team at the Field Service USA Conference held April 25-28 at the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort & Spa in Palm Desert, California.

Kevin Bollom, vice president of building services for Trane, will discuss how the Internet of Things (IoT) and its wealth of accompanying data is bringing a whole new definition to preventative maintenance. In a world that features more remote solutions and fewer truck runs, Bollom will discuss how to capture and leverage data. He also will discuss how IoT has helped transform scheduled maintenance to a more effective outcome-based service approach that can be used to optimize system performance.
