MuseGlobal And MyThum Announce Strategic Partnership

MuseGlobal, a provider of award-winning content connection platforms worldwide, recently announced a strategic partnership with MyThum Interactive, Inc., a leading mobile media company. Under the terms of the partnership, MuseGlobal will leverage MyThum to build customizable mobile applications for third parties, providing quick and easy mobile access to key business information from both internal and external data sources throughout the enterprise.

Enterprise mobile applications are often pared-down versions of existing websites, sacrificing depth and breadth of information for ease-of-use. Conversely, too much information in a mobile application can result in too much clutter. MuseGlobal and MyThum will tackle these inconsistencies by helping enterprises to efficiently build mobile portals that allow user access to preferred databases on a single and customized mobile platform. With MuseGlobal's more than 5,500 connectors and MyThum's proven track record in mobile platform integration, enterprises can bypass long development cycles to quickly capitalize on a custom mobile content solution.

"Providing access to the right information at the right time, from any device is one of the biggest challenges facing enterprises today," said Sue Feldman, IDC's vice president for search and discovery technologies. "MuseGlobal, with its broad array of connectors to information sources, and its depth of experience in extracting information from both internal and external sources provides the access part of the equation. Its partnership with MyThum adds the expertise in delivering that information in suitable formats to the mobile worker."

MyThum has successfully delivered mobile strategies to leading brands such as Best Buy, Molson Coors, Live Nation and Cushman, Wakefield & Lepage. In leveraging MuseGlobal to distribute content, MyThum also is now able to provide its own customers with integration access to thousands of content sources including internal and external databases, subscription content sources, data feeds and Web mining applications. MuseGlobal has established and maintained connectors in broad categories, including healthcare, mainstream media, legal, finance, technology and science.

"The market has been telling us there's a definite interest in a convergence of MyThum solutions and the content sources that MuseGlobal can provide," stated Michael Carter, founder and CEO of MyThum. "This partnership will allow us to deliver enhanced content solutions and a more robust communications platform for our customers and power the mobile element that content integrating solutions demand."

"MuseGlobal is committed to gathering, consolidating and normalizing the endless amounts of information available across different content sources, making it easily accessible whenever and wherever users need it," said John Thomas Gensch, chief revenue officer at MuseGlobal. "As the world becomes increasingly mobile, we are thrilled that our partnership with MyThum takes us to the forefront, helping us to provide users with the content they need, wherever work and life requires them to be."
