Fleet Complete Launches Its Latest Hours Of Service (HoS) Mobile App Ahead Of Electronic Logging Device (ELD) Legislation

HoS App designed to meet ELD compliance by December 2017

The HoS app joins Fleet Complete’s suite of fleet solutions that offers customers a one-stop shop under a singular platform for fleet tracking, mobile resource tracking, mobile worker dispatching, asset tracking and fleet compliance solutions.

The new HoS app boasts a fresh clean design and intuitive navigation that allows drivers to easily record their duty status, available drive time by monitoring engine hours, vehicle movement, distance driven and location information as well as choose current HoS rules and perform vehicle inspections. Optimized for all fleet sizes, Fleet Complete’s latest HoS app also has Bluetooth connectivity and the ability to display timely violation warnings, send emails to designated managers, share data and store logs for six months among other enhanced features.

Additionally, with the U.S. Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) enforcing Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) for easier and more accurate tracking of Hours of Service by December 18, 2017, Fleet Complete HoS is designed to be an ELD-compliant solution well before the rule date. Similarly, the HoS app will be updated as required to reflect changes to any U.S. or Canadian regulations.
