There are 2 ways to look at cloud deployment models for mobile workforce management software.

The first has to do with the term “multi-tenancy”. There’s a full spectrum of cloud deployment models which differ in the way that infrastructure is shared between different users.

From sharing nothing and having completely separate deployments to sharing different levels of the infrastructure – hardware, servers (including the operating system), database server, etc.

Depending on your industry, you’ll want this balance at a different point along the spectrum.
