Securus Taps RACO Wireless For M2M Support Of Its GPS Solutions
RACO Wireless will provide wireless connectivity and SIM management tools for Securus
RACO Wireless, a key machine-to-machine (M2M) partner and enabler, announced that it is providing the M2M backbone for Securus Inc., a market-leading provider of GPS-based products and services. Specifically, RACO Wireless supports wireless network connectivity and SIM management for a wide range of GPS applications offered by Securus Inc.
RACO Wireless specializes in providing wireless connectivity for machine-to-machine applications via T-Mobile's network. Securus has developed a hardware and software platform called GPSaaS (Global Positioning System as a Service) that provides safety and security applications for colleges, child safety, law enforcement and other markets. Securus will leverage RACO Wireless' Omega Management Suite (OMS) platform for SIM management on its personal, portable GPS devices.
