Onur Air is a prominent player in the airlines and transportation industry in Turkey, with a fleet of 26 planes containing a total of 6,225 seats. The company offers flights between Istanbul, Izmir, Kayseri, Diyarbakir, Erzurum, Trabzon, Samsun, Adana, Antalya, Malatya, Kars, Gaziantep, Bodrum, and Dalaman. Over 38 million passengers have traveled with Onur Air and the company offers flights to and from 13 domestic and 81 international airports.
Two years ago Onur Air initiated an internal directive to provide high quality and timely service for their airline customers. Pointing out out the significance of their booking and ticket-selling stations as the hallmark of their operations, Can Azun, Air Data Processing Manager for Onur Air explained that Onur Air's goal that customers be seated as quickly as possible once they reach the check-in system at the airport.
